And buying any real estate right in the first place is a major factor in determining the return on your investment. Since we work for real estate Buyers only, we have none of the conflicts of interest inherent within other real estate offices where they represent Buyers and Sellers at the same time.  There are some fundamental differences between how a sometimes buyer’s agent and a full time Exclusive Buyer’s Agent views the obligation to provide unchanging loyalty throughout the transaction.  A sometimes buyer’s agent/sometimes seller’s agent will give you unchanging loyalty until it becomes inconvenient to do so, such as if you want to buy one of her or her company’s listings.  Even so, very nearly any broker will offer to act as your Buyer’s Agent in the beginning, although he knows he may have to change hats during your relationship.  That’s the big difference – when we represent you as a Buyer, we’re not acting.

Our office is located in Boulder, but we work wherever our buyers decide within all of Boulder, Jefferson, Larimer, and western Weld Counties, and anywhere in the Denver metro area.  We specialize in Boulder, Broomfield, Longmont, Louisville, Lafayette, Erie, Golden, Westminster, Arvada, Lakewood, Lyons, and Niwot, and the mountains and plains areas in between.   We’re Realtors who’ve chosen to work as Buyers’ advocates and not as salespeople.  If that means covering a larger area to find the right property for you, then that’s what we do.

We also believe that you can’t fool all of the people all of the time. The ones who can’t be fooled find us to represent them. They realize that the only way to eliminate the possibility of conflicts of interest is to eliminate the conflicts…most of them are pretty amazed that everyone doesn’t realize the need for exclusive representation by a true agent.
